Shipping Policy

  • Shipping of products is subject to availability of products. Though we always ensure that products in right quantities are available with us. But at times, due to multiple orders or general shortage a product might not be available. In this case, someone from The Batter House team will get in touch with you at the earliest.
  • We provide free shipping for orders over Rs. 1500/-. For all other orders a flat Rs. 60/- is charged as delivery charges per order
  • We deliver across India. The orders cannot be shipped to military addresses and rural domestic addresses.  In case you face any difficulties while checking out, please call us or write to us. We currently do not deliver outside India
  • The only payment option available now is Cash on Delivery. We will provide the facility of paying through Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking soon.
  • No cash on delivery charges for orders over Rs. 3000/-. For all other orders a flat rate of Rs. 50/- is charged.
  • All our deliveries are made within 6-8 days (excluding Sundays and bank holidays).
  • We process all deliveries through reputed couriers. In the unlikely situation that a product that is delivered to you is beyond expiry date or the packaging of the product is damaged, you can return such products back to us.
  • There are no extra charges in terms of taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping or handling charges based on weight.

Cancellations & Return Policy

At Aegis Exim Private Limited (or thebatterhouse.com), we try our best to ensure that you receive the best quality products within our stated delivery time in a perfect condition. Your satisfaction with our products and delivery is of utmost importance to us.

In the unlikely situation that you are not satisfied with the product that reaches you for the following reasons:

  • Product has reached you in a damaged condition
  • The product has already past its expiry date
  • The weight of the product is not the same as ordered
  • The product received by you is not the same as you ordered

You can return the product to us in the above scenario and we will refund your money. All we ask is that the product is not used, is in the same condition you received it and is in the original box and/ or packaging. Products once ordered online cannot be cancelled at this point. If you have made an error while placing your order, please contact us and we will try our best to resolve the issue for you.
